12/2015: I've been doing portrait studies again, this time with tutorial from the Will Kemp Art School. Learning a lot! At the moment I'm painting my immediate family on 9 x 12 canvas, black and white. Below is the first I've finished, a portrait of my Dad. I have each member of the  family blocked in and I'm working on them simultaneously. I've also finished a couple of new urban scenes from Paris (Rue Cler Christmas, Paris Night)  from my trip there in 2009-10. I've also done a new Apple Study using new oil techniques I've learned. I like the atmosphere of that one.
